All rooms are accessible from the ground floor.

The entire house, including guest rooms, is non-smoking. You can smoke outside.

Currently, we do not accept children under 7 years old.

We can accept a group of 9 guests maximum, depending on availability.

The 3 bedrooms are named after their wooden floors:

You can rest on a mattress on the floor.

• For more than 2 consecutive nights booked, ￥1,000 discount will be applied per person from the 2nd night.

• In this case, bed sheets and towels will not be changed.

The number of guests in the room includes children.

• ￥16,500 for 1 person per room
• ￥12,500 for 2 people per room
• ￥11,500 for 3 people per room ("Sugi")
• ￥10,500 for 4 people per room ("Sugi")

Fees for children under 13 years old are 80% of  adult prices.

• Without breakfast ￥1500 discount.
• No dinner provided.

If you have any allergy, please let us know at the time of booking.

We will adapt our menu, but please note that the same kitchen and utensils are used to prepare the food.

We cannot change the menu if requested on the same day.

Meals are provided in a calm dining room characterized by the thick pillars of "Itaya" Maple tree.

You can spend a relaxing time looking at the scenery from the window.

The light is turned off at 9.00 pm.

The entrance door will be closed at 9.00 pm.

From 9.00pm to 6.00am,the entrance door will be locked.

There is road around our hotel that are closed during the winter.Please check the sign.Please use the east or west road.

Please get off at Biei Station and take a taxi.

It costs about ￥1,800 by taxi from station.

※There is no taxi at Kita-Biei station.

It is impossible to come on foot.  

We can accept payment by cash or by credit card.

In case of cancellation, fees will be charged as follows:

• 30% of the accommodation fees, if cancellation is made between 13 and 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• 50% of the accommodation fees, if cancellation is made between 8 and 12 days prior to the arrival date.

• 80% of the accommodation fees, if cancellation is made between 1 and 7 days prior to the arrival date.

• 100% of the accommodation fees, if cancellation is made on the same day as the arrival date.
